2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Delivery Timelines

While delivery timelines vary based on your location, estimated delivery windows are generally as follows:

• Local (Pune & Nearby regions): 2 to 3 business days.
• Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and actual timelines may vary due to unforeseen external logistics delays, severe weather conditions, or festive rushes.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and clearly displayed at the time of checkout. We may offer free standard shipping promotions from time to time based on minimum cart values, which will be visible during the checkout process.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package on our logistics partner's website. Tracking information usually updates within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Shipments

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the parcel back to our warehouse. Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address along with a valid phone number to prevent delivery issues. Re-shipping returned packages may incur additional delivery charges.
